If an order has already been processed, packed, labeled, or shipped before cancellation is completed, that order may still be charged and shipped. Each recurring order is treated as a separate purchase for purposes or our 60-Day-Money-Back guarantee. The applicable 60-Day period begins on the date of the order is delivered. Canceling a subscription stops future recurring orders and does not automatically cancel or refund orders that have already been processed. Eligible purchases may still qualify for a return or refund under our 60-Day-Money-Back guarantee, subject to the terms of our Refund and Return Policy.

Informal Resolution: Before initiating arbitration or legal action, you agree to contact Velarin Labs at support@velarinlabs.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. The parties agree to attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days after written notice of the dispute is received, unless a shorter period is required by law.
Binding Arbitration: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims excluded below. You understand that by agreeing to arbitration, you and Velarin Labs are waiving the right to sue in court and have a jury trial, except where prohibited by law. Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association or another mutually agreed arbitration provider. Unless otherwise required by law, arbitration shall take place in Texas, remotely, by phone, by video, or through written submissions.
Class Action Waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff, class member, or representative in any class, collective, consolidated, private attorney general, or representative action.
Exceptions: The following disputes are not subject to mandatory arbitration: Claims involving intellectual property rights; Claims involving theft, piracy, unauthorized access, or misuse of systems; Claims seeking injunctive or equitable relief; Claims that cannot legally be required to arbitrate. If arbitration is found unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless otherwise required by law.
46. Time Limit to Bring Claims
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any claim or cause of action arising from or related to the website, products, services, or these Terms must be commenced within one year after the claim or cause of action arises, or such claim shall be barred. This section does not apply where prohibited by law.
47. California Users and Residents
If any complaint with us is not satisfactorily resolved, California residents may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs.
48. Force Majeure
Velarin Labs shall not be responsible or liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, weather, labor disputes, supply-chain disruptions, transportation delays, carrier issues, cyberattacks, internet outages, payment processor outages, governmental actions, war, terrorism, public health emergencies, or other events beyond our control.
49. Assignment
We may assign, transfer, subcontract, or delegate any of our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
50. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, SMS terms, subscription terms, and any other policies posted on the website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Velarin Labs regarding use of the website and purchase of products. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision later. If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. No joint venture, partnership, employment, agency, franchise, or fiduciary relationship is created by these Terms. You agree that these Terms will not be construed against Velarin Labs merely because Velarin Labs drafted them.
